Beginning with the early June harvest, we destone, juice and blend only the most aromatic varieties of Freestone and Clingstone Georgia Peaches in preparation of this refined American Whiskey.  It is the hint of sweetness at the forefront, originating from real Georgia peaches, not artificial flavors or colors, which one notices first as they savor this unique spirit. 


Like any true American whiskey, however, the subtlety is in the finish.  Since we blend our whiskey with real Georgia Peaches and then gently age the spirit in used bourbon barrels, the rounded finish of our whiskey contains notes of oak, vanilla, and raisin.  This same oakiness is also echoed throughout the aroma and body of our classic spirit as we craft a whiskey that both the whiskey novice and a connoisseur would appreciate.  


The result of this painstakingly slow process yields just under 20 cases of a smooth whiskey with the intense flavors and aroma of some of the best peaches the world has to offer.  Each batch is numbered by hand, reinforcing the uniqueness of this handcrafted spirit.

Peach Manhattan


1 1/2 oz. Leopold Bros. Georgia Peach Whiskey

1 1/2 oz. Small Batch Bourbon


Place all ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass with a peach or cherry garnish.

Cape Codder Crush


1 1/2 oz. Leopold Bros. Georgia Peach Whiskey

4 oz. Cranberry Juice

Squeeze of lime wedge


Fill a Collins glass with ice, add ingredients.

Peach Whiskey Cooler


1 1/2 oz. Leopold Bros. Georgia Peach Whiskey

The juice of one whole lemon (1 1/2 oz.)

1 oz. simple syrup

Soda Water


Place whiskey, simple syrup, and lemon juice in shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a collins glass filled with ice. Top with soda water.

Atlanta Cooler


1 1/2 oz. Leopold Bros. Georgia Peach Whiskey

Splash of grenadine

3 oz. of Sprite


Fill a Collins glass with ice, add the Peach Whiskey and grenadine, then top with Sprite.

Peach Whiskey Iced Tea


4 oz strongly brewed iced tea

2 oz. Leopold Bros. Georgia Peach Whiskey


Pour whiskey into a high ball glass filled with ice and top with peach whiskey. Rub lemon wedge around the rim of the glass. Garnish with another lemon wedge.

Mint Julep Peach Ice TEa


24 oz strongly brewed iced tea

8 oz. Leopold Bros. Georgia Peach Whiskey

8 Mint Leaves

1 Lemon, sliced

1 Lime, Sliced


Muddle mint, lemon and lime slices. Stir in peach whiskey and tea.  Add ice.  Makes 2 quarts.
