1 oz. Leopold Bros. Absinthe Verte
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 oz. simple syrup or agave nectar
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until cold. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon.

1 oz. Leopold Bros. Absinthe Verte
5 oz. champagne or sparkling wine
¼ oz. simple syrup or agave nectar
In a champagne flute, combine all ingredients and stir gently to mix. Garnish with lemon if desired.
Absinthe
Cocktail
1-1½ oz. Leopold Bros. Absinthe Verte
3-4 oz. chilled water
1 sugar cube or ½ oz. simple syrup or agave nectar
Traditional Method: Pour Leopold Bros. Absinthe Verte into an absinthe glass. Place a perforated, or absinthe spoon, on top of the glass. Place sugar cube on top of the spoon. Slowly add chilled water by means of an absinthe fountain until sugar cube has dissolved into the glass.
Simple Method: Combine Leopold Bros. Absinthe Verte, chilled water, and simple syrup or agave nectar in a glass and gently stir until mixed.
