Apple Manhattan

oz. Leopold Bros. New York Apple Whiskey

¾ oz. sweet vermouth

4 dashes bitters

 

In a mixing glass, combine Leopold Bros. New York Apple Whiskey, sweet vermouth, bitters, and ice. Stir until cold. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with apple slices.

1½ oz. Leopold Bros. New York Apple Whiskey

1½ oz. apple cider

½ oz. prosecco or sparkling wine

4-5 mint leaves

 

In a cocktail shaker, muddle mint leaves. Add Leopold Bros. New York Apple Whiskey, apple cider, and ice. Shake until cold. Double strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Top with prosecco or sparkling wine. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

Apple Punch

1 bottle Leopold Bros. New York Apple Whiskey

¾ cup Leopold Bros. Three Pins Alpine Herbal Liqueur

½ cup Domaine de Canton

2 cups lemon juice

4 cups gingerale

4 cups club soda

 

In a punch bowl, combine all ingredients with large ice cubes. Stir gently to mix. Garnish with lemon wheels. Serves 8-12 people.
