Mint Julep

oz. Leopold Bros. Rocky Mountain Blackberry Whiskey

¼ oz. simple syrup or agave nectar

8-10 fresh mint leaves

 

In a Julep cup, gently muddle mint leaves with simple syrup or agave nectar. Add Leopold Bros. Rocky Mountain Blackberry Whiskey and crushed ice. Stir until cold and Julep cup begins to frost on the outside. Fill with more crushed ice. Garnish with blackberries and mint.

1½  oz. Leopold Bros. Rocky Mountain Blackberry Whiskey

1½  oz.  lemon juice

1 oz. simple syrup or agave nectar

4 oz. soda water

 

In a cocktail shaker, combine Leopold Bros. Rocky Mountain Blackberry Whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup or agave nectar, and ice. Shake until cold. Strain into a tall glass over fresh ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

Fashioned

1½  oz. Leopold Bros. Rocky Mountain Blackberry Whiskey

¼ oz. simple syrup or agave nectar

10 dashes bitters

1 orange slice

2 cherries

 

In an Old Fashioned glass, combine bitters, orange slice, cherries, and simple syrup or agave nectar. Gently muddle. Add Leopold Bros. Rocky Mountain Blackberry Whiskey and ice. Stir gently to mix.
