


Peach Collins
2 oz. Leopold Bros. Rocky Mountain Peach Whiskey
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. simple syrup or agave nectar
4 oz. soda water
Combine Leopold Bros. Rocky Mountain Peach Whiskey, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup or agave nectar, and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake until cold. Strain into a Collins glass. Add soda water. Top with ice. Garnish with lemon.

1 half of a lemon, sliced into wedges
4-8 mint leaves
In a cocktail shaker, muddle lemon wedges and mint with simple syrup or agave nectar. Add Leopold Bros. Rocky Mountain Peach Whiskey and ice. Shake until cold. Double strain over fresh ice in an Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel and a sprig of mint.

1½ oz. Leopold Bros. Rocky Mountain Peach Whiskey
4 oz. unsweetened iced tea
In a tall glass, combine Leopold Bros. Rocky Mountain Peach Whiskey and unsweetened iced tea over ice. Stir gently to mix. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
