CHS Alumni Bourbon Bottling

To celebrate the 50th Year Anniversary of Columbine High School, CHS Alumni Scott and Todd Leopold selected one of their favorite bourbon casks to bottle. 

 

Only 220 bottles will ever be produced of the CHS Alumni Cask Select.  You can reserve yours now and tell us where you would like to pick it up by clicking "Book Now" below.  If you pick it up at the distillery, for every bottle purchased, you are welcome to enjoy one free cocktail during your visit and 10% off any additional bottle purchases.

 

The CHS Alumni Cask Select Bourbon is open fermented in wooden tanks with both house-cultured and indigenous yeast strains.  It is pot distilled and then aged four years in new American white oak charred barrels on earthen floors in the distillery's unheated dunnage-style bonded warehouse.  We then barrel the whiskey at cask strength, unfiltered. 

 

10% of sales from this Cask Select will be donated to the

CHS Alumni Association to create a scholarship fund.
