Gimlet

2 oz. Leopold's American Small Batch Gin

1 oz. simple syrup or agave nectar

¾ oz. fresh lime juice

 

Combine all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake until cold. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lime.

1½ oz. Leopold's American Small Batch Gin

1½ oz. sweet vermouth

½ oz. Leopold Bros. Maraschino Liqueur

3 dashes bitters

 

Combine all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass. Stir until cold. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

1½ oz. Leopold's American Small Batch Gin

1½ oz. Leopold Bros. Michigan Tart Cherry Liqueur

1 oz. sweet vermouth

 

Combine all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass. Stir until cold. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry. 

Gin & Jam

1½ oz. Leopold's American Small Batch Gin

¾ oz. Leopold Bros. Rocky Mountain Blackberry Liqueur

1½ oz. fresh juice from a blood orange

2 tablespoons plum jam We use Mercantile Dining & Provisions, Denver CO

2 sprigs of fresh sage

 

Combine all in a mixing tin with ice and shake well. Fine strain over fresh ice into a double old fashioned glass. Garnish with sage and blood orange peel.

1 oz. juiced cucumber

½ oz. mint simple syrup

½ oz. fresh lime juice

2 tablespoons plum jam We use Mercantile Dining & Provisions, Denver CO

2 sprigs of fresh sage

 

Combine all in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Fine strain over fresh ice into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with sage, mint, rosemary or other

fragrant herbs.

¾ oz. fresh lemon juice

1-4 fresh sprigs of mint

 

Combine 1-2 sprigs of mint in a cocktail shaker with honey simple syrup, and muddle. Add all remaining ingredients and ice. Shake until chilled. Strain over fresh ice in an old fashioned glass. Garnish with mint.
