1 oz. Leopold Bros. New York Sour Apple Liqueur

1½ oz. cognac

1 oz. dark rum

¾ oz. fresh lemon juice

1 pinch of salt

 

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.

2 oz. sparkling wine

¾ oz. fresh lemon juice

 

Combine Leopold Bros. New York Sour Apple Liqueur, mezcal, fresh lime juice, and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain over fresh ice into a Collins glass. Top with sparkling wine. Stir gently to mix. Garnish with a lime wheel.
