The Big Spring 2026 Release

Welcome to the Leopold Bros Spring Release 2026!

We’re gearing up to host you on April 10th & 11th at our distillery VIP and open house events, and we’re very excited to share the details with you today.

This year’s spring release includes:

Leopold Bros 10 Year Old Cask Strength Bourbon

Leopold Bros Vinegars: Matthiasson Red Wine, 7 Year Old Wheated Bourbon, & Three Chamber Peach Brandy

2026 Summer Gin

Our Saturday public open house starts at 11 AM on April 11th, and is first-come, first-served for all new releases while supplies last. Our expanded lounge will be open and we’ll be featuring our new Spring cocktail menu!

Our Friday evening VIP dinner event has two reservation times, but doors open at 4:30 PM and you’re welcome to stay as long as you like until we close at 8:30 PM.

Our jam-packed VIP event includes:

 An elegant BBQ dinner by one of the front range’s most acclaimed restaurants, using Leopold Bros vinegars in the cuisine

• 1 craft cocktail from our Spring menu

• Snacks & hors d'oeuvres

• 200ml bottle of Leopold Bros vinegar of your choice ($20 value)

In addition, every guest will participate in a private tasting of the new 10 year Bourbon, new vinegars, and the 2026 batch of Summer gin with Todd Leopold.

PLEASE NOTE: You can arrive at anytime regardless of your dinner reservation, but you must dine at the ticketed time of purchase: either 5:30 PM or 7 PM. We will reach out to you soon with your dinner options.

Tickets to our VIP Spring 2026 Release are $75 and can be purchased below. There are only 50 seats per reservation time, so please book ASAP as space will be limited.
