No sulfites, no filtration, and no water added.
Our vinegars are made using the Schützenbach method, a slow, elegant process of producing vinegar that was nearly lost to time. We gently trickle our spirits through beechwood infused with acetobacter over the course of many weeks, and bottle our vinegars with the mother, unfiltered and with nothing added.
